Real Estate investing has changed more in the last 5 years than it has in the last 100 years. Because of that, wholesalers fix & flippers and landlords literally have to make 20 offers to get 1 deal accepted. That’s a lot of work and only a 5% success rate.
Note School is going to show you how to double your success rate by teaching you how to buy on terms. The most successful investors will optimize their results by combining real estate investing with creative financing techniques that work for all investors.
Learn how to take your real estate business to the next level and blow away your competition using these 3 simple strategies:
Any one of these strategies can be a game changer for your business, but combining all three will give you the exponential growth and success that you are looking for 2020.
Andy began his real estate investing career working for his father, a home builder, where he learned the construction side of the business. Nearly 20 years ago, Andrew started buying properties at foreclosure auctions, fixing and flipping them. Then later, with his partners, he began lending to customers.
At it’s peak, his business bought and sold 1,000 properties in one year and grew to over $50,000,000 in hard money loans while operating Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Utah and Idaho and Louisiana. Over his career, he has bought and sold well over 4,000 properties and continues to own rentals, buy and fix and flip, wholesale, build new construction and complete creative finance solutions.
His greatest professional joy and vision for nearly a decade, has been to help 1,000 people become financially free through real estate investing.
