Then later, with his partners, he  began lending to customers.


At it’s peak, his business bought and sold 1,000 properties in one  year and grew to over $50,000,000 in hard money loans while operating  Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Utah and Idaho and Louisiana. Over  his career, he has bought and sold well over 4,000 properties and  continues to own rentals, buy and fix and flip, wholesale, build new  construction and complete creative finance solutions.


His greatest professional joy and vision for nearly a decade, has  been to help 1,000 people become financially free through real estate  investing.
