  • How did this happen?
  • What is it?
  • What can be done about it?
  • How does it change things for you?

  • and Problems with the new law, even if you have a Broker's License!

Marv's "Deal or No Deal"
Marv Edelstein (A long time CCIA Member) presented a possible deal on an apartment property during Anthony Chara's all day workshop. His experience in going through the due diligence process offers some ideas and instruction for others considering investing in Multi-Units out of our area.  We want to thank Marv for sharing his experience with us.

  • Review Marv's Multi Family deal with a look at the Quick Analysis final iteration
  • Further investigation about metrics for the area... A good deal? or  A disappointing investment?

Join us as we follow Marv on his journey!

Susan's Experience in Student Housing
Learn about the Ins and Outs of this Niche. Jane Garvey will interview one of our long term members who will be sharing her experience with student housing.  As a newly divorced Mom with a child to raise, student housing offered a solution that worked. Although Susan is not a professional speaker, she has decades of experience to share. We want to thank Susan Ribordy in advance for filling in at the last moment since our speaker, Dixie Decker, needed to cancel due to an emergency.
