Over the years when people ask how Chicago’s market is doing, my answer has usually been... Up, Down even Sideways! 

There are areas that are appreciating, some that are stagnant, and others that are struggling. This is true of the whole US as well, and markets beyond real estate.

At this CCIA meeting we will be exploring various markers you can track, and tools available to help you polish up your crystal ball for yourself. We have an abundance of collective intelligence in the CCIA, we are looking for input from you to add to the mix.
