Flippers need houses to rehab.  Housing Providers need real estate to add to their portfolio. Multi-Family investors need real estate investments with good numbers.  And all of us need deals that make sense. We also need connections to people and resources that can speed us on our journey.

So how do you find good properties and deals? 

• Start by looking at some of the Active Deals investors have submitted (see below)
• Check in CCIA’s Facebook and Linked-in pages
• As we meet virtually, make sure to participate in the Have/Want session on zoom and put your deals and contact information in the Chat.

Making connections:

• Participate in the meetings and speak up in the Have/Want session when you have something to offer, or need something
• Post your haves and wants on this CCIA webpage.
