The National Real Estate Investors Association Data Portal is a comprehensive resource for members of all experience levels. The Portal is an interactive housing market webmap that gives members an engaging and easy way to research different markets with interactive data, custom reports, a query tool and more.
The Data Portal uses data from National REIA and Homeworthi to provide members industry-leading analysis on what markets are doing, how markets have been changing, and the pros and cons of being an investor in a state, region or neighborhood.

Homeworthi Pro is designed specifically for investors, providing short term, medium term and long term investment forecasts for neighborhoods, counties, and regions across the U.S, supplemented by the detailed housing and demographic data investors need. Homeworthi Pro also has powerful analysis and research tools to guide and support smart housing market investment decisions.
Homeworthi Pro is a subscription service that provides real estate investors the data and research tools they need to succeed. These tools range from interactive maps showing important variables of housing market data to market reports that give investment scores.
Homeworthi Pro gives users full access to investment scores that forecast housing market price appreciation, enhanced query tools, zip code level data, additional data layers, and downloadable data. Homeworthi Pro is available to National REIA members for a discounted price of $40 a month as opposed to the standard $60 a month for non-members.
Query Tools with Homeworthi Pro
Homeworthi Pro subscribers have access to an enhanced version of the query tools. The query tools can be used to search for neighborhoods based on criteria like location, price, and rate of neighborhood turnover. The query tools can now compare individual neighborhoods or counties using the selection tool. The Pro tools can also do a ‘Data Dive’ search using 20 different variables to find neighborhoods that meet specific criteria.
