For $99/year you can Join CCIA and you and a partner can attend meetings together for 1 year (or $149 for 2 years). Or, Guests can pay $15 per meeting and attend only the meetings they're interested in.

For more than 35 Years Jane has been connecting Chicagoland Real Estate Investors with some of the most brilliant minds & ideas in Real Estate. When not running CCIA meetings, Jane spends her time actively investing & working on legislative issues that impact real estate investing.
Pam has worked with CCIA for over 14 years. From Memberships & Benefits to Event Planning to Website Building... if something needs doing, Pam gets it done!
It's hard getting Pam out of her Garden over the Summer months, but you can usually reach her at the office between 11am-2pm daily

Steve is a Commercial Real Estate Investor, Broker, Counselor, Exchangor, Educator and long time practitioner using Creative Solutions to Real Estate Related Problems.
Steve facilitates our Property/Deals part of our meeting and has taught many CCIA workshops on various Real Estate Strategies.
Sameena is one of our valuable volunteers. She is an active real estate investor & proven problem solver. Sameena started in Real Estate Investing in 2007 working Short Sales & Rehabbing. She is currently Rehabbing & Wholesaling
Talk about a happy person! If you've attended a CCIA meeting, most likely you've met Ray. Ray manages our Membership Desk and is always willing to answer questions and get to know you.
Recently retired, Ray is re-focusing his positive energy on Real Estate Investing.
Martha is another of our valuable volunteers with the Super Power of always being happy & making everyone feel welcome!
At her day job, Martha supervises a team in a hospital laboratory. She jokes that she is in charge of a team of Blood Suckers!
Martha's personal goal is to supplement her income through real estate investing and retire early! You can often see Martha at CCIA workshops & events learning new RE strategies.
Tony is a Licensed RE Broker in Illinois Servicing mainly the South Suburbs.
At CCIA Meetings Tony can typically be found Networking with other investors or helping Jane inside the meeting room.
Marion volunteers at our Check In Desk, greeting CCIA Members & Guests with her beautiful smile! Marion is an active real estate investor and loves to learn new strategies at our meetings & workshops.
Jamae is a long time CCIA volunteer and we are thrilled whenever is able to join us. Jamae is primarily a Wholesaler & Single-family investor who is always looking to connect with Buyers.

The powers to interpret, administer and enforce the provisions hereof shall be vested in the Board of Directors of CCIA with the power of suspension or expulsion, after a recommendation by a committee called by the president in accordance with CCIA By-laws for the purpose of holding a hearing investigating
any member violating the same, or the spirit thereof.
