2026!!  As we move into the New Year,  it's a good time to look at key indicators of market health for various sectors of the real estate economy. 

We will look at things nationally as well as locally and share ideas for what you should look at in other markets as well. 

Your decisions about what to keep, what to sell and what to buy are better made with market knowledge. This is something that is not a once and done thing, but something you need to refresh as things change.

• Demographic shifts driving demand
• Interest rates and real estate loans
• Housing shortages, supply constraints, and construction trends
• Eco-friendly and Energy Efficiency trends driven by regulation and consumer demand
• Risk and liquidity

As we focus on these topics, we will pay attention to things affecting long-term holds, fix and flip, alternative real estate strategies.

Please join us for an evening of diving into the esoteric and trying to make it practical.

Bio

Jane Garvey is an active real estate investor, rental property owner, author, educator, group leader and legislative advocate.  She has a reputation for providing simple solutions for complex problems. She has been investing since 1979 and has experience and knowledge in many aspects of the business including rentals, rehabbing, financial analysis, foreclosures, deal structuring, and much more.
