with George Skidis

Most investors are fixers. When something goes wrong, or breaks, our first reaction is to fix it.  We want our residents taken care of, so this is a good thing. But is it? 

What if the damage would have been covered by insurance you pay for?

We have asked our friend George Skidis to join us and give us the inside scoop because George knows the Ins & Outs of Insurance very well.

George has about 45 years of experience in insurance, much of it as an independent adjuster. He is currently licensed as an independent agent.  George has many decades of experience as a real estate investor as well, so he is uniquely qualified to see these issues from different perspectives. He is President and Founder of the Illinois Real Estate Investors Association which meets in Cottage Hills, Belleville and Marion, Illinois each month and has served on the Board of National REIA. Most leaders gain valuable insights from helping their members solve problems in investing.

George is currently licensed for all lines of coverage as an insurance agent in Illinois, Missouri, Ohio and Michigan.
